A few weeks ago the SeaLUG crew headed down to Tacoma for the 2022 Grit City Comic Show. This was our tenth appearance at the comic show, and is one we really look forward to every year!
Held at the Greater Tacoma Convention Center on Saturday, October 22, our display featured pop-cultured-themed builds from Marvel’s Shang-Chi, the Muppets, Star Wars / The Mandalorian, Lord of the Rings, and a working skeeball machine. We also joined forces with the Puget Sound Lego Train Club (with whom we share many members) to feature a Superhero City train layout. Keep an eye out for the grisly battle between a Halloween army and Santa’s followers with some turkeys caught in the crossfire!
